The 15 rooms at Milano Tourist Rest are air-conditioned and come with a fan and a TV with cable channels. Each has a private bathroom. Good sized room but looking like from another decade, and a little worn. Mosquito nets hang above the bed but I had no need to use them.
Clean and welcoming it was, with nice gardens and a nice area, but nothing worth leaving the hotel to explore nearby.
You are likely to stay here for only one night and the Milano Tourist Rest was good value for a short stay in Anuradhapura.
