A long time planned but I have finally decided to visit the Philippines for 30 long days, after much research and exploring the geographical areas have narrowed down the itinerary to the best places to visit without having to rush through the Philippines.

Day 1 – Manilla

Fly to Manilla, stay 2 nights at CITY GARDEN GRAND HOTEL.

 

Manilla, the capital of the Philippines, is a densely populated bayside city on the island of Luzon, which mixes Spanish colonial architecture with modern skyscrapers. Intramuros, a walled city in colonial times, is the heart of Old Manila. It’s home to the baroque 16th-century San Agustin Church as well as Fort Santiago, a storied citadel and former military prison.

Day 3 – EL NIDO

Fly from Manilla MNL to EL NIDO ENI direct on AirSWI|FT.
Stay 7 nights at BVULSKAMP INN.
Do boat trips around the UNESCO protected water world of Palawan.

El Nido is a Philippine municipality on Palawan island. It’s known for white-sand beaches, coral reefs and as the gateway to the Bacuit archipelago, a group of islands with steep karst cliffs. Miniloc Island is famed for the clear waters of its Small and Big lagoons. Nearby Shimizu Island has fish-filled waters. The area has many dive sites, including Dilumacad Island’s long tunnel leading to an underwater cavern.

Day 10 – BORACAY

Fly from EL NIDO ENI to CATICLAN MPH (BORACAY) direct on AirSWI|FT.
Stay 12 nights at RED  COCO INN.

Boracay is a small island in the central Philippines. It’s known for its resorts and beaches. Along the west coast, White Beach is backed by palm trees, bars and restaurants. On the east coast, strong winds make Bulabog Beach a hub for water sports. Nearby, the observation deck on Mount Luho offers panoramic views over the island. Offshore, coral reefs and shipwrecks are home to diverse marine life.

Day 22 – CORON

Fly from CATICLAN MPH (BORACAY) to BUSUANGA (CORON) direct with Air Juan. Stay 3 nights at AL FARO COSMIO.

Coron comprises of the eastern half of Busuanga Island, all of Coron Island and about 50 other minor islets stretching as far as Tara Island in the north-east and Canipo Island in the south. All these islands are part of the Calamian Archipelago in Northern Palawan.

Day 25

Stay 3 nights at LA NATURA RESORT – Coron

Day 29 – Manilla

Fly from CATICLAN MPH (BORACAY) to Manilla MNL direct on PHILIPPINES AIRLINES. Stay 1 night at CITY GARDEN GRAND HOTEL.

Day 30

Return flight.
